3/8 Lunch

What I Ate:
12 oz Coca-Cola in a can.
Two tostadas.
One spoon of Mexican rice.
Two bites of cumin & oregano spiced squash.
1/4 lb of braised shredded brisket.
1 1/2 fists of marinated cabbage salad with dressing.
Shredded Cheese, Guacamole, Scallions, and three shakes of Tapatio.
One large handful of tortilla chips.


I made a Mexican Pizza out of it all!

Who I Ate it With:
My employee.

How I Felt Before & After:
Before I was hungry and ready to eat, and happy because I like Mexican food Tuesday.
After, pleasantly full. I didn't do too much spice, and didn't gorge despite the impulse to do so when I eat food like this.
