What I Ate:
One sweet corn bread muffin.
1/2 cup garlic soup.
One serving spoon hearty creole okra & tomatoes
One serving spoon red beans & rice
6 oz NY Steak.
One Beignet with coffee whipped cream (1 tbsp) & fruit topping (2 tbsp)
One 6oz cup Hurricane rum cocktail.

So lonely...
How I Felt Before & After:
I was hungry. Not the urgent hunger but a deep hunger that is more full body than stomach.
Now I'm full. I don't have to adjust my belt, but I nailed what I should be eating. Content for hours.
